James started his property career 20 years ago buying, selling and developing property to maximise potential. This combined with seven years of commercial business management dealing with freehold & leasehold properties puts James in an ideal position to be able to advise on property trends together with market direction & movement. James is married with two children. When he is not devoting his time to following the latest trends of the property market, he has a passion for cooking & eating out.
